Birthday Dress

Birthday dress shopping is always fun. Your birthday is the one day a year that it's totally okay to be overly glamorous and sassy for no reason other than it's your day. For my 16th birthday I became obsessed with finding the perfect hot pink dress to wear at my Breakfast at Tiffany's themed 'dress up' party. I was totally inspired by Audrey Hepburn in this iconic look from Breakfast at Tiffany's.

How amazing, right? Here's me at my Sweet Sixteen in a pink dress from Nordstrom. I loved that dress so much. I felt so special and like such a princess that night, it's a feeling I will never ever forget!

Since then I haven't really been too crazy when it came to birthday outfits since ages 17-20 aren't really that special of birthdays. However, 21 is a pretty big deal! Finally I will no longer be considered 'underage' in any aspect. I can't wait to be able to make my own choices and no longer have the law decide it for me.

So, since I'm so excited for my birthday I've decided it's time for another special dress! I'm 5 years older now and want something more mature but also fun and sexy. I can't stop thinking about backless/low back dresses. I think having an open back is such a subtly sultry way to show some skin without revealing too much. I would also love another pink dress if I can find one. Pink is just such a special color! Here's some options I've been looking at:

Bithday Option 1

Birthday Option #4

Birthday Option 3

So far I'm reallyy leaning toward the second dress! What do you think about my options? Which would you choose? 1, 2, or 3? Let me know! Can't wait to hear your opinions!
